Rockaflat provides free worldwide shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase required and no additional standard shipping charge at checkout.

Delivery timeframe

Most orders are expected to arrive within 14–21 days. This is an estimated timeframe and may vary depending on the destination, courier network, customs processing, public holidays and other circumstances outside our control.

Order confirmation and tracking

You will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout. When tracking information is available, it will be sent to you after your order has been dispatched.

Delivery details

Please check that your name, delivery address and contact details are correct before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has entered processing or been dispatched, we may not be able to change its delivery details.
